Founded in 1990 by the present family owners, Northerntrack Limited now has over 21 years direct experience in the manufacture and supply of construction, demolition and recycling attachments. We supply to owners, operators and main dealers within the UK marketplace, as well as throughout Europe and Worldwide.

We utilise the latest Autodesk Inventor Parametric 3D CAD/CAM technologies in the initial design and proving of our attachments. This allows for much greater flexibility in product design and offers us the ability to make swift and simple changes to our designs in order to accommodate any special customer modifications or product changes. Our CAD software generates code that is fed directly to our Esab CNC controlled profile cutting machinery which then produces highly accurate steel profiles from 5 to 150mm thick ready for assembly.

Our workshops are fully equipped to permit the entire "in-house" manufacture of our product range. Standard equipment we operate consists of production turning and cutting machinery. Kearns Richards horizontal and Pensotti vertical high capacity digital borers for accurate machining of co-located bores. Primero CNC milling machines are used for precision milling & facing operations. Many of these machines are linked directly to our CAM system which controls the machinery ensuring the accuracy of our entire machining process.

Our workshops are equipped to handle steel fabrications up to 10 tonnes in weight. The fabrication and welding of the attachment is carried out by our skilled fabricators using a range of proprietary jigs and fixtures. As well as manufacturing our engineers can refurbish and repair your used Northerntrack equipment. Stocks of many replacement parts for our attachments are kept on the shelf and most other items are only a day or two away by international courier. We can help you evaluate the cost efficiency of refurbishing your current used tool or perhaps aid you in considering an alternate new or used attachment as more suitable for your application.
